Ram Jalasutram leads our culinary team, with previous roles as Executive chef at renowned establishments Five star Leading hotels of the world and 1, 2 & 3 Micheline stars restaurant’s in the UK, such as Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ London, Gleneagles hotel Scotland, Randolph hotel oxford, Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, Pennyhill Park hotel Bagshot, and last but not least with legendry chef Raymond Blanc in oxford.
Our menu pays tribute to the culinary masterpieces of Indo – French Cuisine & Grills. or the comforting richness of all time favourites and all within attention to details and welcoming cozy ambiance of our restaurant.
Tuesday to Sunday:
Breakfast: 9am till 1pm(coming soon)
Lunch: 12.30pm till 10:30pm.
Monday: we are closed.
The brasserie is set to be headed by internationally renowned executive chef, Ram Jalasutram, who has worked with industry names such as Gordon Ramsay, Alain Ducasse and Raymond Blanc, claiming guests ‘can expect gastronomic excellence every time’.
Guests will be able to choose from a variety of menus including those detailing a seasonally-driven seven course feast, Sunday roasts, afternoon teas, prix fixe, or a la carte.
