Chef Ram Jalasutram leads our culinary team, with previous roles at renowned establishments such as Gordon Ramsay, Alain Ducasse, Raymond Blanc, Gleneagles Scotland, the Dorchester London, Randolph Oxford, and Pennyhill Park Bagshot.
The brasserie is set to be headed by internationally renowned executive chef, Ram Jalasutram, who has worked with industry names such as Gordon Ramsay, Alain Ducasse and Raymond Blanc, claiming guests ‘can expect gastronomic excellence every time’.
Guests will be able to choose from a variety of menus including those detailing a seasonally-driven seven course feast, Sunday roasts, afternoon teas, prix fixe, or a la carte.
